What for the curious! Something to think about! What a Schauinslandbahn experience! Schaffner Emil opens your eyes to the history(s) of the Schauinslandbahn.
The Schaffner tour is offered as an open tour from May to October every 1st Sunday of the month at 11 am at the mountain station. Groups can also make the offer by arrangement on a date of their choice.

Children under 6 years are free and do not count to the max. number of participants

Conductor tour with cable car ride + breakfast
The group takes the cable car to the mountain station at 9:00 am. There they enjoy a delicious mountain breakfast and at 11 am conductor Emil picks up the group for the tour around the mountain station and tells exciting stories about his life around 1930 at the Schauinslandbahn.

Conductor tour with cable car ride + Kaffeeklatsch
The group enjoys coffee & cake at 2 p.m. in the Café Restaurant Die Bergstation. At 3 pm, conductor Emil picks up the group for the tour around the mountain station and tells exciting stories about his life around 1930 at the Schauinslandbahn.
