The Schauinsland with its open, scenic and extensive pastures is a wonderful hiking area. The mountain meadows littered with flowers and herbs, cows and goats with bells ringing in the background, unique far-reaching views of the Vosges, the Rhine Valley, Feldberg, Belchen up to the Swiss Alps, make the heart of every nature lover beat faster!
The hikes are variable, between 2-4 hours with a stop or a picnic in the meadow.
